Ballet, Tap and Modern classes for childre are run as combined classes, covering the different styles of dance. Ballet and tap for adults are two separate classes. Hip Hop, Street Dance, Contemporary and Musical Theatre Dance are taught as individual subjects

Little Stars is our pre school class, which is a general introduction to dance, using lots of fun and imagination

TWO NEW CLASSES
IF YOU’RE NOT A CHILD, YOU CAN STILL DANCE!
Adult Ballet and Tap classes are at Castle Hill Church.
Both classes are on Thursdays
Ballet is 7:30 - 8:15pm and Tap is 8:15 - 9pm
No experience is necessary, wear something you are comfy to move in.
Each class is nornally £5 but your first trial lesson is FREE!!

CALLING ALL DANCERS, SINGERS AND ACTORS
We know just how much our students love performing and thrive on it, so this is a chance to perform on a regular basis, with the first show in December this year. Suffolk Academy Performers is open to everybody aged 6 and up.
Rehearsals will be every Friday 5:15 - 6:45pm at Henley Community Centre

Little Stars
A fun introduction to dance for children from 2 and a half years old. It works on developing their imagination, creativity, confidence, independence and gross motor skills. The aim of the class is to encourage happy, confident little dancers

Ballet, tap and modern
We have a range of classes for different ages and abilities, in various locations and times. Please email info@sadpa.co.uk for advice on the most suitable class, letting us know your child’s age and if they have any dance experience.

Street and commercial
For children from 5 years old through to our seniors aged up to 18. These energetic, fun classes are great for children who love to dance, they help them to build confidence and concentration, while doing something they love!
Castle Hill Church: Wednesday Juniors 5.15 - 6:00pm, Intermediate 6:00 - 7:00pm,
Commercial 7 - 8:00pm

Musical theatre dance
This class is for children from 7 years old upwards who love musicals! They dance to songs from the shows, from the traditional favourites to more modern. A really good, fun, lively class

Hip hop
These lively classes are great for energetic dancers – building in pace and technique, they enable dancers to progress and are great at building their confidence
Landseer Road Methodist Church: Mondays Diddy Hip Hop 4:00 - 4:45pm, Advanced Juniior 4:45 - 5:30pm, Advanced internediate 5:30 - 6:30pm; Tuesday Junior 4:00 - 4:45pm, Intermediate 4:45 - 5:30pm, Senior 5:30 - 6:30pm, Advanced 6:30 - 7:30pm.

Contemporary
Expressive dance that combines elements of modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet, for 8 years old upwards.
